fkd9 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

Clause 1.1

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with fkd9, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets; (c) be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under any laws applicable to you; (d) not be acting on behalf of another person; and (e) not be a current or former employee of fkd9 or any of its affiliated entities.

Clause 1.2

Age Verification

fkd9 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. This may include a national identity document (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document that confirms the player's date of birth. fkd9 may suspend or permanently close any account where age verification has not been completed to its satisfaction, and any funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Clause 2.1

Account Registration

When registering a fkd9 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are required to supply:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• A valid email address that you actively monitor.
• A valid phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• A strong, unique password for your fkd9 account.

Clause 2.2

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one fkd9 account. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method) is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fkd9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold any associated funds pending investigation. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Clause 2.3

KYC Verification

fkd9 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill dated within the last three months, or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the delay or withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Clause 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

fkd9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account closure and the voiding of any associated funds. fkd9 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. fkd9 will process withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably possible. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. fkd9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request above a threshold amount.

Clause 3.3

Currency

All transactions on fkd9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment processor converts currencies automatically, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. fkd9 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by a player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

Clause 4.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by fkd9 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in the applicable promotion page or bonus offer communication. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. fkd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time.

Clause 4.2

Welcome Bonus

The fkd9 welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be met within a specified timeframe from the date the bonus is credited. Failure to complete the wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

fkd9 takes bonus abuse seriously. If fkd9 reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner not intended by fkd9 — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent — fkd9 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings, close the player's account, and retain any associated funds pending investigation.

Clause 5.1

Placement and Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on fkd9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or sporting event. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the fkd9 system and a bet confirmation reference is issued. fkd9 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, a pricing error, or a manifest mistake. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, fkd9's records shall be the final and binding authority.

Clause 5.2

Cricket and Sports Betting Markets

Cricket betting markets on fkd9 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international Test matches, One Day Internationals, and other fixtures as listed on the platform. Betting markets are offered subject to event availability. fkd9 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, fkd9's specific rules for that market type will apply regarding the settlement of bets.

Clause 6.1

Player Protection Tools

fkd9 offers a range of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players may request activation of any of these tools by contacting fkd9 support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period and the player will be prevented from accessing the fkd9 platform.

Clause 6.2

Problem Gambling

fkd9 is committed to preventing problem gambling. If you believe that your gambling activity is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings, or to contact the fkd9 support team directly at [email protected] for guidance. fkd9 may, at its discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties.

Clause 7.1

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

fkd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to void associated bets and withhold funds, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or collusion with other players to exploit promotions.
• Any conduct that fkd9 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or fkd9 staff.
